Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing this letter to inquire about the English course that I am planning to study at York University.

First and foremost, I would like to ask about the school campus where I have to go for my English course. Not only this, but could you please also provide me with information about the facilities that university campus has such as library, computer lab, and many more?

Furthermore, I need transportation service from airport to the university hostel for my convenience. In addition, I would like to request for a personal room as I like to study in peaceful environment.

Lastly, I would be grateful if the school management could provide some information related to coursework of my academics. Also, the vegetarian food would be preferable for my diet.

I hope you will provide me with the information that I need and I will wait for your prompt reply.
