Dear Mark,
I was really sorry to hear that you are finding it difficult to setttle into your new school. Changing schools can be tough, but i’m sure things will get better soon.
One way to make new friends is to start small try talking to classmates during breaks or group projects. Even a simple smile or offering help can open the door to new conversations. People usually appreciate kindness and will respond positively.
Another great idea is to join clubs or take part in school activities. Wether its sports, music, drama, or debate club, these are perfect opportunities to meet poeple who share your interests. Being part of a team or group will naturally help you build connections and feel more included.
Finally, don’t be too hard on yourself. Fitting in takes time, so be patient and stay confident. Remember, everyone feels nervous in new situations, but with a positive attitude, you will soon find your place. Keep being yourself, because that is the best way to attract genuine friends.
Take care, and let me know how things go.
Best wishes,
Amit
