I am writing this letter regarding to express my inconvenience of laptop which I purchased in your online store.

To begin with,I have recently bought a new laptop from you online store.I did receive it yesterday.However,I found some problems in the laptop.Firstly,the display was fully cracked and some buttons in the keyboard was not worked properly.

My existing laptop has some minor issues that is the only reason I bought a new one.Unfortunately,this is also not worked well.therefire,It affected my daily tasks.Because,i have completely rely on it to finish my upcoming project and presentation.

Eventually,i would like to receive full refund or replacement for the damaged laptop.Because,it is still under the warranty period.addutionally,i would suggest your packaging team to utilise the bubble wrapper to minimise the complaints from the customer.
