It is regarded by some people that a competing character ought to be developed in childen. Others assume that co-operative character helps children become more useful adults. While healthy rivalry helps children learn at an astonishing rate, in my opinion teamwork enhancement is dominant in future life.
Competition spirit influences pace of learning among children. When the main aim of children is to outdo others, the whole group will give their best to surpass each other or not to be the underdog which results in faster learning. Underages learn about “losers and winners” principle from childhood which helps them apply for a dream occupation in the distant future.
On the other hand, co-operative spirit brings joy and ability to functionise as one mechanism to children. Co-working boosts pupils motivation as it hides everyones’ drawbacks, because both loss and win appear as team’s achievement. Profession is not a problem either, they will fit in every company of workers resulting in finacial success.
Even though some people support competing situations in children, In my point of view collaboration skills are more useful in life.
