The image details two soap production processes. Method from '1,000 years ago': stored animal fat is combined with added plant ashes, then mixed and heated. The 'nowadays' method: begins with 'splitting', where molten fat and water at 130°C yield fatty acid and glycerin; followed by 'mixing' the fatty acid with alkali; then 'cooling' the mixture in a mould; proceeding to 'milling', where perfume is added and the substance passes through rollers; and concluding with 'finishing', which involves stamping and wrapping.
Given the complexity of the image, the above description may not be entirely accurate.

The diagram demonstrates the essential stages to produce a soap compare with ancient method to present time.

Overall, there is is a significant changes on making the soaps over the peiod. As nowadays, there is a inclusion of modern tools to process four main steps while in millennium it included only three main simple actions.

Before 1000 years ago, soap was created with fat stored from animals which was mixed with plant ahses to be heated creating a mixture that would be suitable for forming soap to use. But in todays time, the intial step is putting molten fat with water at 130C in a cylindrical tool which will help to split fatty acids and gkycerin. The fatty acid is the main ingredigent used to form soap which is processed to mix with alkali with the help of machine as the second step.

Then in third step, the mixture is used to form a soap shape which will be placed on the mould tool from a cylindrical pipe. The mould is kept for cooling to hold its structure. After cooling, the moulded soap is millied on the machine with rollers which also adds perfume to give a pleasent smell for the soap. Finally, the finishing touch of soap is given by stamping the logo of soap company and wrapped to be ready for selling to costumer.
