In recent times students tend not to choose science subjects at the university level in various countries. This has been evolving as a serious people and creating a imbalance in the society between the number of people choosing science and other subjects. Technical education have been always been a important aspect of the country which will lead to socio-economics development. Scientific education foster innovation of new products while enhancing the creativity and ability of built new ideas.

Nowadays the students after their high schools tend to choose easier subjects over the difficult subject which required them to send more time in understanding the complex concept. Most probably due to the choose that they make during their high school and peer pressure due to which non technical courses are chosen by most students. Naturally students think scientific subjects are more complex and required more understanding for instance, Liner algebra and statistics are complex mathematical topics which students feel hard to understand and apply in the life, where as subjects like social science and commerce are easy to understand and can be taught practical.

As a result of the above concern ,countries lack their workforce in the technical domain and number of skilled labour is reduced in terms of engineering task ,the economy of a country is mainly depend on the manufacturing and service domain and reduced number can cause a significant dip in the country economical terms. This effect of lack of skilled scientific people in a country can bring a huge skill gap and increase the number of immigrants in the country. To illustrate the case of European countries where the younger generation are not interested to take up science which lead to increase the skilled worker demand and people from other countries are migrating.

Having put forth my aforesaid views on a strong footing, taking into consideration, their implications, I wish to reiterate my considered opinion and

conclude, in a nutshell that serious effect will be on a country when the students are interested to choose the science at their university level.
