Dear Mr. Smith, my name is Alexandr Kolesnikov.

Sience December 2024 I have been styding online training course about journalism at BSU. However, it did not meet my expectations. At first, in my opinion, our teachers were week and not sutable for current time. For instance, they worked for state agency BELTA, newspapers Sov Belorussia and Zviazda, magazine Neman. No one of them never worked as an independent journalist.

I find that you could be looking for more interesting and popular journalists for our program. My favourite media is Mint.press. I really enjoy reading that! Actually, they are real investigators and got a lot of information in open sourses. Their correspondent published the news about connection between FBI and the USA banking sector, attentively reading social networks, as Facebook and Linkedn. Unfortunatelly, these metods were upsent in our trainings.

I paid for the course one thousand dollars and now I want to get my money back. I believe you as the course organiser understand me well and can do it.
