The image shows current and planned future development maps with a river, farmland to the north, a town to the west, and housing zones illustrated; the existing map details three factories adjacent to the river and two south of a circular road structure, with a split road network extending east; the future development plan replaces all factories with housing, adds a north-south main road with a bridge over the river, incorporates three shops to the southwest near the roundabout, an additional east-west road integrating with two playgrounds and more housing areas replacing surface water bodies and spaces used earlier for factories, aligning longitudinally along both sides of the straightened paths.
Given the complexity of the image, the above description may not be entirely accurate.

The given map shows the current industrial area of a town in Norbiton and the proposed plan for the new development of the site.
Overall, it is apparent that more buildings, amenities and structures are put up in the future plan. In as much as there are more buildings and structures, the future plan has no factory built.
In the first map, it is seen that there are 8 factories, with 4 of them lined on each side of the road. The farmland is the only other structure available and it is located across the river to the north. When compared to the second map, there are no factories. They have been replaced by housing buildings, but not up to the same number
The second map shows more buildings that did not exist in the first map, such as, playground, shops, school and medical centre. The farmland seems to be reduced in size and a bit of it is replaced with a building. The roads also have more turns and connectors.
