Dear Sir,

I hope you are doing well. I am here writing this letter to apologize for my absence in the Cyber security workshop scheduled 3 weeks ago due to an unavoidable circumstance regarding my family. I will explain my side for your kind information.

I am the responsible person for dealing with the school issues of my child. He had a sudden science fair workshop at school for which I had make him prepared without a convenient time to prepare him. He is just 7 years old and hardly can he manage himself without parental supervision.

I am really sorry for such inconvenience from my side as it was my responsibility to manage all these sophisticatedly albeit I failed to do so.

However, I feel that this workshop about Cyber security would be a real value for my career and I wish I could be there for once. By any chance, is it possible for you to give me the workshop materials so that I can have some ideas about the areas covered in the session? And, also is there any other upcoming opportunity to attend in similar type of workshop?
