Overall, the most widespread and studied language over the globe is English, however Chinese has the greatest number of native speakers. In terms of information about the least known languages, Japanese is studied more rarely than others, while Italian is a language that has lesser native speakers.

To begin with, English is used by around half a million native english-speaking people, whereas studied by 1.5 billions. It is also spoken is 101 different countries, which is another leading

point on the table. Almost the same number of countries, around 30, use Chinese,Italian or Spanish, but Spanish is almost half as commonly studied as Chinese-14.5 million people and Italian is almost studied 60% as Spanish, which is 8 million people. Numbers of native speakers is quite similar in French and Japanese, 118 million and 123 million respectively. Nevertheless, French is considerably more frequently learned than Italian.
