While some argue that the quality of labour can overcome appearance, others believe that their workers ought to dress appropriately. In my opinion, both values are crucial to maintaing a balanced work environment.
On the one hand, first impression is essential, as it gives a general image of individuals; work place in particular, where a person should wear smartly and taking it seriously. Furthermore, many organisations pay attention to the outside appearance, since it reflects an employee’s perspectives and take the responsibility to represent them. For example, recent survey revealed that large companies are hiring people who have more suitable style at work.
On the other hand, the quality of work plays a critical role in labour for more more willing outcomes. Firstly, it is the mains reason when applying a job is being high qualified to achieve good results, thus it provides better opportunities as well as as good postions. Secondly, most companies are increasignly aiming to have hard-working employees, who are trying their best and offering extended services. Moreover, development and continuous progress require higher ability of working and dedication. For instance, when a collaborative emplyees represent their institution effectively, this lead to numerous profits to the company.
In conclusion, there are no easy answers to this question. On balance, however, I tend to believe that dressing appropriately and working with higher quality are both have the saame level of importance, as they impact the overall outcome that needs to be achieved
