Overall, the town underwent significant development, with more residential areas and new roads appearing over the period. New buildings and areas for car parking were established. Road has been extended in order to connect city hospital and bus station.

In 2007 , the hospital was surrounded by Ring road ,which connected to Hospital road lead to City road. Car park was located right in front of the city hospital for staff and public. Along the road were several bus stations for patients and staff.

Comparing to 2007, in 2010 changes were notable. Public car parking has been established to the right side of the building but the place for staffs cars remain unchanged. Roads were extended and bus station has been connected to Hospital road. Two roundabout roads were built connecting Ring road and City road together.
