Dear Sir/Madam,

Sir /Madam, I write this letter because of what happened last day, I missed my flight.

I missed my flight last day because of the problem in the airport , the reason is because of very bad long que, a lot of people missed the flight because of what hapened. I hope you need more people to check what is going on in the airport. I think because of lock information as well that other flight is delayed, no body tell us that about the delayed flight. So please you need an attention about this happen. So now a lot of people get angry because of what happened.

I hope Sir/Madam, you need to employ more peaople in the airport too, to provide or to check what is happening in the area, I am sad because of the workers is not attentive as well. Please emlpoy more securities as well so they can help to the passenger to look after the bagage.
