Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing with regard to a missed flight due to a problem at the airport.

I will describe the situation for better understanding. I arrived at the airport early and went through passport control. Then, while I was waiting in the waiting hall, suddenly I realized that flight time has been changed it without any announcement so I missed the flight because I did not know when the plane flies.

This flight was too important for me. I had a critical meeting in Russia I wanted to meet with Russians’ most famous programmers to solve some problems of our massive project.

Now it is too late for meeting, so I want your airline to give my money back or free ticket to next flight. If you are not agree with this offer, please give me at least half of my money.
