Dear Mr White,

I hope you are doing well. My name is Clara and we met on the bus travelling from Wolverhampton to Manchester on the 25th of January, 2026. I sat beside you and when I noticed a pin on your jacket from the Go Fries franchise, I complimented the pin and you casually mentioned how you are the owner if the franchise. Following our conversation, towards the end of the trip, you gave me your email to reach out to you with the possibility of working in one of your restaurants.

To explain my interest better, I’m a recent graduate of Business Management from the University of Manchester. I will be willing to work in any one of your restaurants as Assistant Manager and I am open to work full time or part time in an on-site setting.
