Dear University Language Center,

I’m writing beacuse I’ve followed the French language course at the university and I’m unhappy with it.

The course was provided by Gianfrancieo Emilia, completed in february 2026, class V, level intermediate.

Quite often the teacher was late and the material provided was insufficient.

I’m upset because i pay a lot of money for this course and you absolutely didn’t do what you promised.

First, my english level was around a B1, now is a B1 plus, I payed 500 euros for a mimimum increase, so that is unacceptable.

Then, I’ve heard also some colleagues of the course and they payed only 400 euros, so why i didn’t had this discount?

You need to make the things more clear, to change the theacher and to reduce the price.
