The map represents the way by which bricks are being created for the building companies. Overall, the manufacturing process is difficult, consisting of 7 different steps.
Map shows that manufacturing process is divided in two parts. First part displays the clays transformation to a brick. In the beginning, clay is being excavated and sorted by using moderate roller with metal grid. The next step is mixing the clay with sand and water, to make a raw, fluid version of brick. Followed by, shaping bricks in to parallelepiped form. Second part presents the way bricks are tempered. Firstly, they dry for approximately 1-2 days, making their way to high temperature kilns, and cooling chambers.
Facturing process contents two ways of forming bricks, using wire cutter or mould. Bricks are heated in two factors. First, klins are heated to moderate temperature, then temperature rises above 1000 degrees celcium. After precise manufacturing bricks are getting sorted, and ready to deliver.
