Looking from the overall perspective, it is readily apparent that the number of Japanese women participating in workforce makes the largest proportion in five nations. Meanwhile, the figures for Australia and the USA share the leading positions in the percentage of females in managers.
Regarding women as percentage of workforce, the figure reports that 42% Japanese women take part in workforce, making it the country with the largest propotion in workforce. This is followed by the US with being just less than 2% as the figure for Japan. Australia and Sri Lanka ranked third and fourth respectively, with the former 42% and the latter 41%. Meanwhile, the number of women in Egypt represents for the least percentage( only 20%).
Turning to figures for the rate of women in managers, the data for Australia reports at 43%, which is nearly twice as the following nation Japan(17%). Next, the rate of Egyptian female working as managers reports precisely 12%, slightly larger than the percentage of women in Sri Lanka.
