Greetings! I hope this find you well.

I write this letter to you about the renovations that you had done at my home recently. After we agreed on the parts you were to make changes, I found that most of parts were done so poorly. On the part of my entrance at the gate, the cabros were not fitted in the right manner, some of them will hinder the opening and the closing of the gate. On the other hand, i found that the cutters were not accurately placed. Yesterday, it rained so heavily and some parts specifically at the corners of the house, there are so many leakages.

The poor work done has not only put me on a loss but also it has created a bad view and it has affected my garden. I will therefore expect some changes on cutters and also better drainage across the compound. Thank you.
