Dear Aziz,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a subscription service that I recently purchased. On March 1st, I subscribed to a premium online streaming service that promised unlimited access to movies, TV series, and exclusive content.

Unfortunately, I am quite unhappy with the service so far. Many of the movies and shows that were advertised are not available in my region, which was not mentioned before I purchased the subscription. In addition, the platform often buffers and the video quality is sometimes very poor, even though my internet connection works perfectly with other services. Because of these issues, it has been difficult for me to enjoy the service.

Therefore, I would like to ask you to either fix these technical problems as soon as possible or provide a full refund for my subscription. I believe this would be a fair solution considering the problems I have experienced.
