I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the cleaning service I booked with your company on April 10th. The appointment was scheduled for 10:00 a.m., and I expected a professional and thorough cleaning of my apartment.
Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. Firstly, the cleaning staff arrived nearly an hour late without any prior notice or apology. Secondly, the quality of the cleaning was far below standard. Several areas, including the kitchen and bathroom, were not properly cleaned, and dust was still visible on furniture surfaces. In addition, some of my belongings were moved and not placed back in their original positions.
I find this level of service unacceptable, especially considering the price charged. I would like your company to take immediate action to address this issue. Specifically, I request either a full refund or a complimentary re-cleaning service carried out by a more professional team. Furthermore, I recommend that you improve staff punctuality and service quality to prevent similar situations in the future.
