I am writing for expressing my dissatisfaction of cleaning services that I booked from your company on 3 March. Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectation.
First of all, the staff arrived late without infroming me. Secondly, after services, the kitchen and bathroom still dirty after the service. In additional, I told with the cleaning staff that it sill dirty but she ignored my concerns. I expected a higher standard of work, I feel the service provided was not worth the price.
To resolve this issue, I would appeciate it if you could provide a partial refund. I hope your company can improve the quality of your services in the future.
