Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to let you know about a situation that I lived in my trip.

On March 19th, I was traveling around Madrid, Spain. I had been walking when I noticed that my Iphone 17 Pro Max 256GB disappeared from my bagpack. I lived a strange situation with someone that asked me something.

However, when I noticed about the situation I made a report at the police station. They asked me about how I lost my phone, and then I told them the situation with the strange person. They checked the security camera, and they found the exact moment when the person grabbed my phone and leaved the zone.

I had been reading my travel insurance and my phone is incluide it. I am going to travel for three months more and I need a respond about how we can solve this issue. I would like the company could send me a transfer to buy a new phone here.
