Band 5+: An increasing number of professionals, such as doctors and teachers, are leaving their own poorer countries to work in developed countries. What problems does this cause? What solutions can you suggest to deal with this situation?

Numerous employers such as educators, mediciners, are abanding their own homeland to work in the developed countries. Some issues produce this situation such as badly-paid wages, invaluability, unfulfillment at work and unemployment

Badly-paid wages are one of the essential impacts. Because individuals study to gain academic achievement till they drop. At the end, they are provided with a low income. Moreover, professionals are not appreciated due to their educational attainment. For instance: although teaching is an honored occupation, nowadays the instructors face to invaluability in the education institutions by the learners,parents and even government.Furthermore, workplace contentment is a required aspect by the professionals. They do not desire to work in case there is an unsatisfactory place. Meanwhile, personnels can not land a job because of the unemployment. For instance: ever year a quite number of students graduate from the university, however all of them can not find a job

One of the possible solutions is that the government is supposed to provide with the salary according to everyone’s technical and interpersonal skills. For example: a lawyers and a salesman are not going to get the same wages. For eliminating Invaluabiltiy to the educators, the government should take responsibility. For instance: rewards are supposed to be given to the best teacher of the year. In this case, they will be generated motivation. The issue of the unemployment can be resolved. Most citizens move to towns because of the lack of a job. Abundant schools, universities should be built in the villages in order eliminating unemployment. The solution of the workplace contentment is that formulating a positive work environment. For instance: project can be an effective way. If the professionals get together to do it, ultimately, they juggle relations between their own problems and work issues
