Some People work in the same company for their entire life and while other group of people argue that it is better to work for different organisations. In my perspective, both have advantage but I believe that, work for different companies can be more beneficial for people.
On the one hand, working for same organisation for whole working life indicates loyalty and passionate towards organizations. The major reason behind this is that people find peaceful environment and job satisfaction in that place, so that people never change their working place. Another reason is people gets job stability and job security. However, their instinct says that the company have more potential to grow in future it will bring high chances to getting higher salaries or promoting to higher posts due to good relations with workplace which is true.
On the other hand, while some people stuck in their toxic organization for their whole life, some people shift their working place. One of the significant reasons is that impulse opportunities and for the career growth. Exploring new various cultures and gaining new experiences can be very adventurous for individuals. Another reason is for fixabilities, so that they can spend more family time and build their relationship strong. Moreover, higher salaries can make life easier and improve financial status. Working for a prestigious field can be very beneficial in the long-term.
In conclusion, work for the same organization has many advantages but sometimes it can be stop growth and a different environment can very effecting way to improve in personal growth.
