The table illustrates datas about the five small companies in Britain that ranked highest in a staff survey carried out by a national newspaper to determine the best companies to work for.
Taken as a whole, it can be seen from the table that there are five positions in every company’s survey. They are staff numbers, male and female staff’s ratio, how old staffs are, staff turnover, and staff in high income bracket.
If we compare staff numbers in every company according to survey, in 5th company is the highest one in this, and there are 190 staffs. While the smallest one is 1st company, and there are 56 staffs. Also, by looking at ratio of male and female staffs, we can see that almost in every company without 3rd one female employees are more than male ones. Employers age is almost the same as male / female ratio. In every company, a high percentage of workers are under their 35s.
And staff turnover is similar to stuff numbers in that they both are the highest in 5th company and the largest in 1st company. And the 3rd company is the best company for having high-income employees. However, the 5th company is not good at this.
