Employment in catering remained stable share of female employment over the period (26%), but among man experienced slightly growth from 16% in 1986 to 22% in 1996 and remaining unchanged over the timeframe. Education was consistently the largest sector for women, growing from 33% in 1986 to 38% over the year, while men showed a modest increase from 13% to 15%.
