The provided illustrations depict the current layout and design proposal for a small town called Islip. Overall, it is clear that significant changes are proposed in the development plan, including a reduction in housing and the addition of a ring road. However, the locations of the park, school, and shops situated south of the main road remain unchanged.

The renovation plan includes impressive reconstructions, such as converting the main road into a pedestrian-only zone. The shops located north of the main road will be replaced with a bus station, car park, mall center, and new housing. Meanwhile, the shop area situated south of the main road will stay the same.

A key part of the renovation is the construction of a dual carriageway surrounding the town, which will facilitate easier commuting and travel for both vehicles and pedestrians. Lastly, while the housing area will see a decline, new housing will be built on both sides of the pedestrian-only streets. Furthermore, the park and school areas will remain unchanged.
