Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my concern about the building that your company is planning to construct near my home area. I would also like to request that you do not build houses on the green space near my home.
A few days ago, I saw your company’s banner on a street wall near my home. When I saw the big headline on that banner about building houses in the garden near my society, I became very worried. This green space is for the children of our society to play. In addition, many children from our society as well as many outside children also come to this garden for playing games such as cricket, football, and many other outdoor games.
If you are going to build houses there, many children might become upset, and they may lose their physical activities and social skills. This place is very special for those children, and if it is not available for them to play, then they may spend more time indoors.
Therefore, I would like to request that you plan your house construction somewhere else near the hometown. However, there are many open and empty lands available in this area.
It would be great if you could pay attention to this matter and solve this problem.
