To the Hotel Manger,
This is Adeyinka Abolaji, one of the client that was lodged in your hotel. I’m writing you this letter to make a complain about the situation of the room given to me, To say am dissapointed meeting this room in this state is an understatement after the huge amout of money to secure the room. The room was untidy, The Air condition not working and also the water closet not flushing.
I had many sleepless night during my stay due to lack of functioning air condition, though i try to manage it but mosquitoes weren’t giving space because i have to open the window, called the waitress attention to it but no one seems to come for the repair, they are working on it was the statement giving for every complain.
Moreso, i think it be a good idea to have some break and use the oppotunity to renovate the entire building because no one will like to secure an hotel if it’s not in good condition and can’t enjoy home away from home kind of. And while you’re back from the break, you can give a discount for your client to get more familiarise with you again
In conclusion, i am sorry for any incoviencences that i might i cause you during my stay, please accept my apology and don’t forget work as a possible on the complain
