According to some individuals Street teachers encourage students to achieve better results in educational process than the friendly tutors. In my prospective the friendly teaching process can obliged childrens better. This essay will discuss both the views.
People, in general believe that strict discipline is required to maintain within the school premises. Due to the streak rules of the educational institution children’s learn to be punctual in managing time. Moreover, the school childrens most follow the rules and instruction given by the mentors. In addition, learners who are sensor and dedicated towards the studies can achieve a good grades in examination. For example, Swami Vivekananda believe that strict discipline, regular study, and focus are important for students to achieve success and good marks in schools.
On the other hand, many of them believe friendly teachers are required for today’s generation.As,those teachers can motivate students to boost their knowledge and confidence in educational field. Furthermore, the children can get the doubt solve without any hesitate and can be free to ask anything at any time. Additionally, the teaching method of those tutors are very interesting and may help they clear nurse to improve the knowledge. The matter are approachable to every students for solving all their doubts related to studies. For instance, APJ Abdul Kalam was very friended teacher always and encouraged student to ask question freely and learn without fear. Likewise, a good teacher should be friendly so student will comefortable asking questions and sharing the problems without fear.
In conclusion, should be appointed out that, the main goal of learning is to receive as much as useful knowledge as needed. Thus, the teacher approach must cover this purpose. The above mention information shows that a strict learning process can bring better result then friendly teaching manner. In my perspective, a friendly teacher can better present information to auditory and inspire student to learn better.
