I am writing this letter to inform you that a couple of months ago, I purchased a handphone from online shop, but when the item arrived it was damaged.
Actually I brought this product a long time ago at an online shop in Black, and also it has features that are very good for older people, as well as this shop was recommended by my friends to buy at the phone. Nonetheless, I have waiting for this item to arrive to gift to my parents. However, it turns out the item arrived lcd is damaged, and the product does is work properly.
I would aspiration if you could your the company can compensation me because the item I already accepted is damaged, and I will send back the phone you send me that you can send me a new phone.
