Dear Manager,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the Villa Pasir Uncal apartment I recently rented.

I have been living there since I was promoted to the company nearby. However, lately, I encountered several issues such as, the water sink was clogged and the hot water shower was not working properly. Instead of producing hot water, the shower only produced cold water.

This is particularly inconvenient for me since I need hot water to regain my energy after work. Consequently, it affects the way I work at my office. I could not work meticulously, the reports could not be completed by the due time.

I would appreciate it if you could arrange some mechanics to examine the problem I am currently facing. I would be available in the morning on Saturday at 7.00 a.m. I hope that you could resolve this as soon as possible.
