Dear Sir or Madam,

I have recently received a toy from your shop on aliexpress. There are some problems with my order.

I bought a large RC car with aricle A001 in blue color with additional slippery tires for drifting and rechargable battery.

Unfortunately, there is a significant discrepancy between the toy in my order and the delivered one. First of all, it is in a wrong size because my toy is only 30 cm long instead of 50 cm, which match medium and large sizes respectively. The next problem is equipment. The battery does not fit the car and the charger is absent. Moreover, one of the additional tires is missed.

I would like to get a full refund for this toy as it is impossible to play with it. Optionally, we will exchange my car with new one if you send me a proper toy.
