i hope you are doing well, i am writing to express my concern about latest purchase. I ordered a mobile phone last week which i recevied today. Firstly, i took the membership and paying extra every month where mobile should be delivered the next day of purchased but its been a week now. Moreover, when opened the parcel box and found broken phone which is unacceptable. My overall experience fell short of my expectations.
However, i would like to cancel the membership now as i am very unsatisfied with your survices. I kindly request a full refund or another parcel with no additional cost. I look forward to your prompt response. Let me know if you need any furthur information.
