Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to inform you regarding my lost luggage last week. Last week I traveled England to New Zealand which was on July 17th.On that day I carried my luggage until to the airport. Unfortunately, After I departured I couldn’t found it.

The appearance of the bag from the outside it was full of black colour and with a yellow color keytag. I kept my office documents inside of that luggage, also my wallet, one pouch and some of my clothes kept inside of it. At this point, I couldn’t go to the office because those documents are really important to me.

I really appreciate if you could find it within this week. I am in a difficult situation beacuse of this matter. Please find my luggage and informe me to as soon as possible.
