I am writing to inform you regarding my lost luggage on 25th June 2024 during my flight from Colombo to Singapore.

It was my main luggage which consisted all my clothes and jewellery. Moreover, my IPad which I use for my work and bluetooth headset were in there too. Apart from them, it included my personal diary and a family photo album as well.

I handed over my luggage to the airline at the check-in counter and when I got down at the Singapore airport I could not find my luggage at the luggage collection point. When I inquired about the luggage the airline informed me that the luggage never arrived at Singapore.

Even after several inquiries the airline has not been able to locate my luggage until now. My belongings in luggage worth more than $2000. Therefore, I highly appreciate it if you could compensate me for the loss occurred due to misplacement of my luggage.
