Dear sir,

I am writing this letter to get a claim from your company for my lost luggage during my travel on last week.

To explain the details of the lost item, it was a medium- sized suitcase of rectangular shape with silver handle on the top. The colour of luggage was black with golden zipper. In addition, it had a logo of aldo brand on the front side with golden letters.

I lost this item of luggage while travelling from Dubai to Toronto. After boarding, I securely placed my suitcase on the upper compartment of my allocated seat. When I reached at my destination, then I realized that my luggage was missed and I immidately reported to lost and found department of my airline.

The total cost of valuables was about $3000 including the prices of suitcase. I had bought this luggage last year and this was the second time that I had been used it. I will really appreciate your company if you could help me to locate my belongings.
