Parents are responsible for children’s education because most of their time is consumed at home. So, there are a lot of option for a child to study under the control of their father and mother. Though there are some drawbacks to this, I firmly believe that parents are more liable and have more impact than other people, like teachers, friends or communities.
On the one hand, the majority of time is spent by the family with children, so guardian should be careful about this so that a child could be more practical, social, and logical. For example, a school child spends 15 to 18 hours in a day, so, the guardians play an important role so that the student could be more sociable. Basic needs and primary learning come from the families, and the important steps from the family are pragmatically needed. Research from Oxford University reveals that 80 percent of students are successful due to the contribution of the family . For this, we cannot ignore the role of parents. It is an undeniable matter. We cannot the role of parents in raising of children and also in learning morality, honesty, and integrity.
On the other hand, parents do not always crucial role in the learning process of students, especially pre-school babies. Some people, like teachers, socially accepted iconic persons, and some elder individuals play a pivotal in children’s education.
In conclusion, despite some cons, if we give priority only to the parents while ignoring environmental and social issues, undoubtedly, parents actively do the activities to teach the children.
