Band 5+: The pie charts below show responses by teachers of foreign languages in Britain to a survey concerning why their students are learning a foreign language. The first chart shows the main reason for learning a foreign language. The second chart shows how many teachers felt that there has been a recent change in the reason.

The pie charts display the opinion of teachers of foreign languages in Britain to a survey cocerning why their students are more prone to learn a foreign language .

It is clearly apparent that , according to the first chart, travelling is the main reason for the increasing popularity of foreign language learning.On the other hand,foreign partner is the least common reason for foreign language learning.Overall,according to the second chart ,majority of the teacher consider buying property overseas is the main reason for increasing tendency of foreign language learning.On the other hand, few number of teachers think that travelling is one of the reason behind the tendency of foreign language learning.

In detail,according to the first chart travelling is considered as major reason for language learning which is accounted for 33%.Whereas ,business or work is the second and buying property is the third reason for this tendency which are accounted 26% and 19% respectively.On the other hand foreign partner is considered as less reason for this tendency which is accounted for only 3%.

However ,according to the second chart large number of teacher consider buying property is the main reason for learning foreign language which is accounted for 34%.On the contrary ,very few number of teachers consider travelling as major reason for learning foreign language which is accounted for 3%.
