To begin with, in the category of leisure indulgence, the amount of time that the UK men spent on watching and listening to TV, radio, video daily was around 137 minutes, whereas that of the UK women was considerably lower, at 118 minutes only. Moving on, 18 minutes was the estimated daily time spent on reading books by the UK male residents, while that of the UK female individuals was slightly higher by just a mere minute. For sport exercises, the British men spent an estimated 15 minutes on it daily; however, the British women spent a marginally lower amount of time on it, at 11 minutes.
