Dear Sir/Madam manager,
My name is Ariadna and I have been member on this training course organized by my commpany since one month.
First of all, I want to thank you for the Crossfit classes, there are the best ones that give energetic and the power of the trainers, they do the classes more funny and actually, we have a really good enviorenment with the team. Furthermore, the schedule on the app is so comfortable to choose the classes that you want to do in the same week and de desing is so easy to read.
However, the quality of the instruction of the Yoga and Pilates classes are very uncomfortable and the instalations always are very messy. The trainers don’t take it seriously and they always stay with the phone during the whole hour every Monday and Friday. With this letter I want to express my truly unhappy feelings with this course.
To conclude, as a member that want to stay for a long time in this company, the actions that you could do, is, firstly, change the trainers on this two classes, and then, just take care a little bit more on the cleaning section with the Yoga class.
