Dead Mehmet,

I hope you’re doing well. I’m really sorry that I couldn’t attend your birthday party. I wish I could have an availability to participate in it but, I had to attend an urgency.

The day before your birthday, my father had an accident and he was taken to a surgery to adjust his broken forearm bones. Luckily, everything went well and he was in a good condition after the surgery, however, I had to stay with him to help. On this rush, I wasn’t able to inform you that I was going to miss your birthday party, I really apologize for that.

Why don’t you pay him a visit tomorrow? He would glad to see you after all these years. After that, we could grab a beer, celebrate your new age, and catch up with you. I have some shocking news that I want to share face-to-face with you.

I’m looking forward to hearing from you.
