Dear Sara,

I m writing this letter to you know that the sincere apologise towards i couldn’t attend your birthday party on the last week. i know you are little angry with me, but i was in a troubled situation.

First of all i show my sincere apologise regarding that i skipped your birthday party. I know you were sad without me celebrating your birthday and i know this your first celebration without me, and i missed you a lot. once again i show my sincere apologise and i was sad about your birthday party.

I had an important meeting at my office,so i was not able to skip the meeting, if i skiped it,affects my job. Because one last meeting i was skipped an my boss was told me don’t skipthe meeting, because in the meeting we need to submit our monthly report and done the presentation. I really missed you a lot.

I promise you that i will never skip your birthday again ,because i really love you and you are the best thing happend in my life. We need to celebrate your next birthday together and we can make memories .
