The pie charts above illustrated the types of electricity produced in four countries, including India, Sweden, Morocco and Vietnam in the 2003-2008 period.
Overall, India was largely relied on fossil fuel, while Morroco was almost depent on mere hydropower. Meanwhile, Vietnam and Sweden had a relatively balanced mix of electricities.
The overeliance on fossil fuel was obvoiusly observed in India, in which it contributed 82% of the national electricity production, being far away from hydropower: 15% and nuclear power: 4%. In contrast, fossil fuel was only accounted for 3 percentages of the total electricity produced in Morrco. However, this nation was overwhelmingly depent on hydropower, attributing 96 percentages.
Vietnam prioritised fossil fuel over hydropower, which contributed 56 percentages compared to 44 percentages of its component, while nuclear power did not exist in Vietnam. Sweden is the most balanced country in allocating its reliance on three distinct sources. Hydropower was preferable in Sweden, contributing 52 percentages while nuclear power and fossil fuel were less popular, being accounted for 44 and 4 percentages, respectively.
