I am writing to complain about a mobile phone that I purchased from your store two days ago. Unfortunately, it has already stopped working, and I am very disappointed with the quality of the product.
I bought the phone on 10 July and started using it the same day. At first, everything worked perfectly. However, the next morning, the phone suddenly turned off and would not switch on again, even after I charged it for several hours.
As I need my phone for both work and personal communication, this problem has caused me considerable inconvenience. I believe the device may have a manufacturing defect because I have handled it carefully and have not dropped or damaged it.
I would appreciate it if you could replace the phone with a new one or provide a full refund. I have attached a copy of the receipt and the warranty card for your reference.
