I am writing to draw your attention to a urgent issue regarding the heating system in the apartment I recently rented. I moved into the property a few days ago, hoping it would provide a convenient commute to my workplace.

While the moving process went smoothly, I quickly noticed that the apartment remained excessively cold. Upon turning on the heating unit, no warm air was produced. I initially assumed there was an operational trick to starting the thermostat, so I restarted the system multiple times, but to no avail. Despite trying every basic troubleshooting step, the central heating remains non-functional, which has been an utter disappointment.

In light of this, I request that you dispatch a certified technician to inspect and repair the heating system as soon as possible. Given the current freezing weather, living without adequate heat is extremely difficult.
