As the transition of technology has some things even the smartest machineries will never do, machinery does not dream, set goals or plans. Creative, curious, emotional intelligence will alway be within people’s reach. Therefore, companies need to appreciate decisions before cutting human resources because of alternative technology and only using technology as a tool to enhance the quality of products. In addition, companies should use high-tech machinery that can decrease the number of toxic emissions released into the environment.
