Furthermore, the future project envisions the replacement of existing enterprises by creating an advanced residential area. Plans for the development of social infrastructure include building amenities such as shopping spots to the West, a medical centre, a school and a playground by the East side. Despite these changes, the Town appears to remain without any major transformations, suggesting a preservation of its current structure.
