Many people can’t adapt sport into their lives because of their job or they can get little exercise which isn’t enough for a healthy life. This essay will examine the main causes of people who can’t get enough exercise because of their working life and offer possible solutions to this problem.
The two main causes of not doing exercise are being tired and not having enough time. When individuals work for intense hours they get physically and mentally tired, because of that they don’t have the motivation to exercise in their spare time. For example, they mostly choose to spend their time with family members to rest and prepare themselves for tomorrow’s duties. Also, some people work more than proper working hours, as a result of this they don’t have time for sports because they also need to handle with other activities like taking care of his/her children or socializing with friends or family. For example, my dad is the boss of the company he works for and he always comes late to the home and can’t have enough time for exercise in weekdays.
Some possible solutions to this problem are having a quality eating and sleeping routine and also planning daily activities in order to manage the time effectively. By having healthy routine we can feel more active during the day and if we eat healthy foods and have a proper sleeping routine we can have energy to do any sports. In other words, if we give our body what it needs, it provides positive results like being active. Moreover, the next solution is to plan what to do at what times of the day and stick to it. With this solution, we can manage all of our responsibilities and also have a disciplined life style.
In conclusion, people’s participation in sports is negatively impacted by their professional lives. However, we can significantly lessen these effects by having a healthy life style and organizing daily tasks to manage time effectively.
